For any Kelowna residents that have dreamed of being part of a movie, Kokanee is now giving them the chance to make their dreams come true!

Kokanee will be featured in a new buddy comedy The Movie Out Here and wants Western Canadians to get involved. This is a great opportunity for your listeners to strut their stuff and show their Western Canadian pride.

There are a number of ways fans can get involved:

• Audition! Fans can put their acting skills to the test by auditioning online at www.TheMovieOutHere.ca. If they receive 25 or more votes from those Kokanee fans, they’ll qualify for the chance to win a spot in the movie
• For those with musical ambitions, Kokanee is looking for local bands to appear on the big screen and on the movie’s soundtrack. Bands can submit their tracks online for the chance to be featured
• Submit a prop! Fans can submit their favourite oddity or knick knack to have it featured in the movie
• And lastly, to show some love for Kelowna, fans can vote online to get the city’s own Rose’s Waterfront Pub featured in  the movie
