The 2012 Astral IPE Youth Talent Contest happens Aug. 29 to Sept. 2 at 8 p.m. each night at the Armstrong IPE! Talented youth from around the BC Interior will show off their skills and talents. The winner will get an all expense paid trip to Winnipeg to compete in the national competition.
